The canopy bed, which has always been recognized as a piece of furniture for noble houses, thanks to its clean lines and to the redefined proportions, is becoming more and more appreciated and admired. With its inherent romanticism, overlapped by thin veils, CHIANTI fills the environment with charm. The structure is entirely made of solid oak wood, which is sandblasted and brushed by hand in order to convey a more characteristic style to the element. The head of the bed formed by single juxtaposed planks, as well as the wise joints that hold the structure, are the result of craftsmanship made on purpose. In order to be more convenient, the canopy bed CHIANTI makes it possible to adjust the net height.

In order to hide those underneath the blankets from unwanted attention, the structure of the canopy bed, more than 2 meters high, boasts a highly curated creation. The horizontal beams are fixed to the vertical ones thanks to wise recesses that guarantee maximum stability for the application of veils or curtains.
The head of the canopy bed CHIANTI is a paean to the use of solid wood. It is, in fact, made by single juxtaposed wooden planks. The surface finishes and the different veins of each plank create a harmonic design that expands in the whole structure.

Is the wood used solid?
LANDO products are made entirely of solid wood, except for some parts made of wood veneer due to surface stability issues (solid wood is a ‘living’ material and therefore susceptible to slight movements depending on the environment in which it is placed).
